Mediterranean diet

At B1 Soccer Academy you will benefit from the Mediterranean diet typical of Barcelona, ideal for improving sports performance in a rich and healthy way. Low in saturated fats and high in monounsaturated fats, based on the consumption of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, eggs, dairy, meat, and its main product, olive oil.

Nutrition is vital for the improvement of the soccer player and for the development of the maximum potential of all athletes. Better known as invisible training, having a healthy diet will allow you to reach your goals in a short time.

Many individual nutrients in the Mediterranean diet improve exercise performance immediately. At B1, we know that athletes need to take care of all the details to become complete soccer players.

Vanguard City

Few European cities offer the wide cultural diversity that you will find in Barcelona. In addition to the many miles of beaches that are very close to the city center, there is sunshine most of the year and an excellent climate that will make your experience in Barcelona unique.

The B1 Soccer Academy residence, located in the center of the city and perfectly connected with the main metropolitan transports, allows you to get lost in the avant-garde streets of Barcelona. The buildings and architectural figures of Antonio Gaudi await you all over the city, like La Sagrada Familia, Park Güell, Casa Milà and Casa Batlló.

Additionally, there are many other interesting places to explore: the Gothic neighborhood and cathedral, the Olympic Ring of Montjuïc, the National Art Museum of Catalonia, and the Palace of Catalan music all have a special charm.
