Japanese player joins B1 stages

Here we are again with a player presentation that is joining B1 for couple of months. This time, the talent is joining us from Japan, and we are delighted for him to have chosen B1 Soccer Academy. Welcome Kai Amasaki!

Indeed, our B1 squad is becoming very diverse with talents joining us from all over the globe. Even though Kai is staying for a shorter period than his fellow teammates, it is a pleasure to make him feel at home already.

In fact, Kai started playing football since his youngest age and his passion never stopped growing.

Coming from so far, it has been a challenge in many ways for Kai to come to Spain to live the B1 lifestyle. As it was his first time playing soccer overseas, Kai was very nervous at the beginning but then realised if was very instructive to play in such a diverse environment.

More than learning about football and working on his skills, the young player also came to study and work on his English with the help of our close relationship with exchange program at the Universitat de Barcelona.

Furthermore, Kai is more than happy to have chosen B1. His best moment has been his first training. He believes that B1 provides players with the perfect environment where a player can grow in any facets of his game. He added that it was much different than back home in Japan :

“Unlike in Japan, I learned that you can have fun while having an intensive training. I felt welcomed very quickly and loved the way we trained. I have learned a lot about decision making and attitude to have during training and games”
