New player alert! Indeed, we are delighted to announce that a new Ethiopian player joined B1 Soccer Academy for this new season. It is always a pleasure and an interesting experience to get to know a new player from abroad, who has the same passion as us.
As mentioned before, Yibeltal was born and raised in Ethiopia where he first touched a football ball at the age of seven. In a matter of years, football has become a passion and he wants to dedicate himself completely to it. That is the reason why he decided to come to Barcelona, to take a shot at his dream.

Coming from a Christian family, Yibeltal is really involved in his religion. After the training when he has free time, he reads the Bible and prays for good things to come.
Moreover, he likes to spend time with his friends and visit Barcelona as everything is so much different from his hometown.
Furthermore, as a player, Yibeltal believes he has good pace, positioning, and intensity. In fact, Yibeltal is already giving us a good impression during the first training sessions, with his dynamic playstyle.
On the other hand, he believes that he can work on his physique, communication, and shoot. We believe that his time in B1 will help him to become better in those areas.
Nevertheless, Yibeltal has a clear vision and goal in mind and looks really determined to reach it in the future.
