The end of 2020 is approaching and we still have good news. We are extremely happy to introduce to you a new recruit of B1 Soccer Academy for this 2020/2021 season, Peter Perrot.
Our multicultural B1 squad keeps on getting stronger with new talents coming from all over the world to start a new adventure with us.
This time, we welcome a talented left-winger, and attacking midfield coming from Madagascar who has always dreamed of reaching the professional levels in football.
Peter has been playing football since he was 3 years old alongside his dad and hasn’t stopped until today. His passion has been growing through the years and in order to reach the levels, he desires he decided to make us part of his journey!

- Favorite team: No favorite team
- Aspirations for the season: To score a lot of goals and play in a good league
- Long term objective: To play professionally
Peter believes that his development as a player through the years is already an achievement even though there is more to come. Furthermore, he has been playing in South Africa with a first division SAFA team called Tuks as well as representing his province in provincial tournaments allowing him to gain a lot of experience in a competitive environment.
Peter has so much passion for football that he hardly finds other hobbies in his daily life, even though he likes following other sports, like the NBA.
Peter commented to us about the reasons for his choice to come to B1 Soccer Academy:
“I chose B1 because I needed a place that could help me showcase my ability as a player and B1 are the perfect people to help bring the best out of you and help guide you with their experienced coaching and the good atmosphere around the academy.”
As a player, Peter believes he has a good touch, that he is skilful and fast on the field. In his first training with B1, the coaches have been able to observe that Peter has a great dynamic and offensive style of play, always moving around to find the ball.
Nevertheless, Peter would like to improve his aerial and ground duels during his time with B1 Soccer Academy. In addition he would like to improve on his set pieces and the art of tackling as well.
His seasonal goal would be to be able to play in a high level league and score a lot of goals, and we vow to support and help him achieve his vision.
Our general Manager and Coach Didi Rodriguez expressed how he felt about the new recruit:
“Peter is a perfect fit for the team as we needed to strengthen our offensive midfield. He works really hard every training and we have been surprised by his offensive efficiency and dynamic playstyle. We are looking forward to helping him become a more complete player.”
