Legal Terms B1 Girls Camp
By accepting this participant agreement below, you agree to the following terms and conditions: *B1 Soccer Academy, provided with corporate address at Carrer Pujades 74, Local 7 – 08005, Barcelona, Spain, is a Spanish corporation that provides the camp described in the website www.b1socceracademy.com
Client Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Before April 1st – Refund of 80% payment
- Before May 31st – Refund of 50% payment
- From June 1st – No refunds
If a player reserves a place on the B1 Girls Camp program and subsequently cancels, the following refund policy will apply: Notification of cancellation must be made in writing to info@b1socceracademy.com. Cancellations are effective on the date that B1 Girls Camp receives written notification. There will be no refunds for players who are asked to leave a program for the use of drugs or alcohol, non-notification of a serious medical condition, or gross disobedience of the rules of the program.
Data Protection
B1 Soccer Academy hereby informs you that the activities described on the websites www.b1socceracademy.com are carried out in Spain and, therefore, are subject to EU and Spanish data protection and e-communications privacy laws. More specifically, they are governed by Spanish 03/2018 of 5th December. B1 Soccer Academy, (hereinafter Spain) holds a file of personal details listed with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
The purpose of its creation is to process all information on people interested in taking part in the programs, courses, and activities of B1 Girls Camp and other activities provided by the company. Spain also informs those taking part in its programs, activities, and services provided by B1 Soccer Academy. Your details will be transmitted via a secure server only from your country of origin to Spain and vice versa.
The recipients of the information are members of B1 Soccer Academy, S.L. and sporting professionals to provide the aforementioned services, as well as official public and private organizations requiring the transfer of data by law. Refusal by the interested party to provide the details requested shall result in our services being unable to assist ordinarily. Pursuant to the aforementioned, I hereby agree and expressly authorize B1 Girls Camp, to process my details and transfer them to the appropriate uses.
Cancellation or Substitution
We may cancel any B1 Girls Camp at any time before departure, including the number of participants signed up for a given B1 Girls Camp to be insufficient to operate such Camp. In this case, we have established the minimum number of participants to operate the program in 30 participants. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Itinerary as it has been published; however, the final Itinerary may vary due to factors beyond our control.
We may in our sole discretion substitute services or goods of similar quality for any service or good stated in the Itinerary. If B1 Soccer Camp is canceled, our liability is limited to a full refund of your camp payment, if for reasons beyond our control, B1 Girls Camp in progress must be interrupted or canceled, we will in good faith consider refunding a portion of the B1 Girls Camp price depending on our actual costs incurred compared to the B1 Girls Camp as originally contemplated.
Camp Cancellation Insurance
We strongly encourage you to purchase cancellation and interruption insurance and additional health insurance to protect against financial loss from unforeseen accidents, illness, and/or loss of baggage: you declare, you have been informed on the possibility of contracting a cancellation and interruption insurance and additional health insurance, likewise of the coverage, exclusions, general terms, and particular conditions of said Insurance policy.
Certification of Players Health
Responsibility to Inform Operator of Disabilities or Pregnancy
By signing below and/or tendering any portion of the B1 Girls Camp Price to us, you certify that you do not have any condition or disability that would affect you or others participating in the B1 Girls Camp, and that you understand that health care standards, facilities, and services abroad may be different or even inadequate for treating certain health conditions.
You agree to inform us via certified mail or e-mail sent to info@b1socceracademy.com (with confirmation of receipt thereof from us) at the time you tender your payment of the B1 Girls Camp Fee (or at such later time when you become aware of such a condition) of any existing physical or mental illness, disability, pregnancy or any other condition for which you may require medical attention or special accommodation during the B1 Girls Camp. We make no guarantee to be able to accommodate you for such condition during the B1 Girls Camp, and we make no representations or warranties regarding special accommodations or handicap accessibility on the B1 Girls Camp.
Participant Misbehavior
Alcohol, drugs, and tobacco are strictly forbidden during camp. Participants must respect the other participants and camp staff and follow the daily planning of the camp and rules. Any serious misbehavior will be subject to immediate expulsion. Parent or Guardian will be immediately notified and will have to purchase the return ticket.
Athletics Release
You hereby acknowledge that playing or practicing soccer is a potentially hazardous activity. You agree that you are voluntarily entering and assuming all risks associated with participating in those activities, including but not limited to falls, contacts with other participants, the effects of weather including heat and or humidity, and the conditions of the training grounds and facilities, all risks being understood and appreciated by you.
Having read this waiver, and knowing these facts, and in consideration of B1 Soccer Academy acceptance of this application, you hereby waive and release B1 Soccer Academy and its representatives from all claims and liabilities of any kind arising out of your participation in soccer playing, practicing, swimming or training.
Responsibility/Liabilities
We act only in the capacity of agent for the suppliers of the travel services named in the Itinerary or otherwise providing services or goods in connection with the B1 Girls Camp (the Suppliers), such as hotels and other lodging providers, camp operators, sightseeing trip operators, bus lines, car rental companies, driving services, restaurants, and providers of entertainment.
We assume no responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss, accident, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason (1) any act or omission of any of the Suppliers (2) any matter beyond our exclusive control. We have no special knowledge regarding the financial condition of the Suppliers, unsafe conditions, health hazards, weather hazards, or climate extremes at locations to which you may travel. You assume full and complete responsibility for checking and verifying all passport and visa requirements of the destinations and for complying with all laws of the country in the Itinerary.
You are also responsible for respecting the authority and following the directions of the B1 Girls Camp guide during B1 Girls Camp. We may exclude you from participating in all or any part of the Camp if, in our sole discretion, your condition or behavior renders you unfit for the Camp or unfit for continuation once the Camp has begun. Unfitness may include, without limitation, any behavior that, regardless of its cause, is inappropriate or offensive or interferes with the delivery of B1 Girls Camp services or may constitute a hazard or embarrassment.
In such case, our liability shall be strictly limited to a refund of the recoverable cost of any unused portion of the B1 Girls Camp. Should you decide not to participate in certain parts of the Camp or use certain goods included in Camp, no refunds will be made for those unused parts. The client will be responsible for any cost, damages or losses arising out of his actions or omissions.
Image rights
You agree to grant us (and third parties with whom we may engage in joint marketing) a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid-up license to use your photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for our promotional and/or commercial purposes.
